Day 1, 2 / Anatomy of a Taco
 PPT
PhotoShop		 Label a figure; format labels, arrows and slide background on a single slide; "clean up" a picture.
Days 3, 4 / Great State Stats
 PPT Format the slide master, add and format action buttons; create slides associated with master buttons; copy and paste photos from the web; format photos using the Drawing Toolbar and Picture Toolbar; "show don't tell" PPT philosophy.

Day 5, 6 / Recipe

Make your own Play-Doh example

 PPT Research a recipe online and create a single slide which graphically shows the recipe; use buttons from the Drawing Toolbar (primarily Autoshapes) to create ingredient elements; set up and run custom slide show of the single slide.
Day 7, 8 / Birthday Wish List
 Excel Basic data entry in cells, text formatting, Format Number in cells, apply SUM formula.
Day 9, 10 / Vacation Destinations
 Excel Select any three vacation destinations (cities); research average monthly temperature for each city; enter data in cells; output data to line graph (three-city overlay).

 Excel Write and execute a survey with mutually exclusive and exhaustive categories; output data to a 3D bar chart; format chart, axes and legend.
